Your free sample
When you ask for a free sample, we use the details and files you send us to build a sample website for your business and email you the link from [email protected], usually the next day. The sample is free, there is no obligation, and it stays online for 7 days. It is not indexed by search engines.
Privacy
We only use your details and uploaded files to build and send your sample and, if you accept, your quote and website. We may check public information about your business (for example your ABN and public Google or social media listings) to get the details right. We do not sell or share your details. To stop hearing from us, reply "stop" to any email and we will not contact you again. To have your details deleted, email [email protected].
If you accept the quote on your sample
This is a demo website made free for your business by Webzumi. It is also your quote.
Price: $500 to build a one-page site (all sections on a single page), plus the optional $20 a month Care plan (I suggest it by default; it only starts once you tick the authorisation when you accept, you can choose No thanks before accepting, and you can cancel any time by emailing [email protected]), covering your site from go-live. The first $20 is due one month after your final build payment (the balance, or the full payment if you accept as it is), and then monthly. No GST is charged (Webzumi is not registered for GST).
This quote covers a one-page site as shown; extra pages or features are quoted separately.
Every site includes a small "Website by webzumi" credit in the footer.

Two ways to accept:
1. Accept quote (as is). We send you an invoice for $500, due within 7 days. Your site goes live within 3 business days of payment.
2. Accept with changes. We send a 50% deposit invoice ($250). Once it's paid, you can add comments on your site. Nothing changes until you submit your first round of comments, and the same goes for the second and third rounds (3 rounds included). Each submitted round of changes is made within 3 business days, usually overnight. The remaining 50% balance ($250 on a Starter) is due before the site goes live. If we secure your domain for you, its cost is added to your balance invoice.
Invoices are due within 7 days. The deposit is non-refundable once paid.
You have 30 days from paying the deposit to submit your changes and finalise your site. If it isn't finalised within 30 days, the agreement ends, the site may be removed and the deposit is not refunded.
An invoice is due within 7 days of the invoice date. If an invoice is still unpaid 30 days after its invoice date, it may be paused (the site for a build invoice, the Care plan for a Care plan payment) until it's paid.
Domain: domain names are always an additional cost, for both registration and renewal. Once you accept, we'll review your preferred domain name, check its price and add it to your quote as a separate line for your approval. Nothing is bought until you approve it. If we secure your domain for you, its cost is added to the invoice for your build balance (or your full payment if you accept as-is). Domain renewals are invoiced separately, about a month before they are due, and are never charged to your card. Webzumi registers and manages your domain on your behalf, in your business name and ABN as auDA rules require, and it's yours if you leave. You own your content.
Care plan ($20/month): hosting, security and backups, and small text and photo updates. It does not include domain registration or renewal, which are always invoiced separately.
Care plan: if I choose it, the card I save with my first payment (my deposit if I asked for changes, or my full payment if I accepted the site as it is) is charged $20 a month, starting one month after my final build payment (for as-is, that’s my full payment), until I cancel by emailing [email protected]. I'll email you a receipt each month when I charge the card you saved. The monthly Care plan subscription is the only charge ever made to your card. Work beyond the included rounds of edits, or beyond the minor changes covered by the Care plan, is $50 an hour. I'll quote it first and send a separate invoice for it, and those changes go live once that invoice is paid. It is never charged to your card. You can cancel any time by emailing [email protected]. If you don't choose the Care plan, or you cancel it, I hand over your site files and transfer the domain to you. Hosting, renewals and later changes are then up to you, and any work after that is quoted separately.
Privacy: we only use your details and uploaded files to prepare your quote and website.
No obligation: if you're not interested, just ignore this demo. The demo link stays up for 7 days. After that the link is paused, and if you reply within a further 7 days we reopen it for another 7 days. After day 14 we won't contact you again and the demo is removed.
